Again, as to Oliver Queen's lack of concern for having nearly gotten Lex and Lana horribly killed, look at the way Oliver deals with his remaining minion after the fact: he fires an arrow close enough to the guy to unnerve him, and then calmly points out that said minion did not properly follow his instructions. Oliver's not regretting the near-deaths; he's not feeling any guilt or remorse over the close call or the torture or anything else. He's just angry that someone dared to disobey him, and he's taking it out on the guy with a reminder that Oliver could cut his life short any time he pleased. And yet he claims he's not still a bully...?
