Okay! Well, there's no way I could say what the best is, because...everything is so unique and so interesting in the Smallville fandom, IMO. There's so many different authors that just floor me with the way they write, and they make it FUN to read. Yesterday's Tomorrow (http://hoperoy.livejournal.com/tag/yesterday%27s+tomorrow), by hoperoy absolutely floored me. This video here: Map of the Problematique (http://community.livejournal.com/sv_vids/86768.html), by raspberry_splat, is amazing! And this story...OMG. In-flipping-credible: Fake Palindromes (http://teot.livejournal.com/tag/fic:+fake-palindromes), by teot.
And then there's this...Whew. This broke me in half and put me back together again: Speak Not In Whispers (http://danceswithgary.livejournal.com/105555.html), by danceswithgary. So beautifully done. But, the thing is...there are so many artists that I have had the honor of meeting in the SV fandom (and oh yeah...I'm totally aware of how much of a geek I sound like. I don't care.). These people have inspired me and made me laugh and cry, and when I've felt really low, they have picked me up and reminded me why I love being a part of the fan community here.
I'm a Smallville girl. I love it here. (And, if this isn't enough...come on...we've all SEEN Tom Welling and Michael Rosenbaum, right?) In case you haven't, go check out lapetite_kiki's pictures. ANY of them. They're ALL amazing.
