Performance review

Relieved. Performance review is completed. This is the first one I have had in my current job, as it is nearly a year since I started work. The review was encouraging, and my boss has agreed to support me in getting my first manuscript to work on within the next year and changing my title to Trainee Editor. The latter will have to go through all the higher channels in the company for approval, so I won't hold my breath. But it is reassuring.

I have a night with Brambles planned to celebrate. Brambles is my cat-in-taming. A long story. The adventures of Brambles would take a considerable amount of time to relate. I will write more on him when I have a lot of energy to spare!
