even if it's faith in a tree Hee! That is adorable. Yes, good point, the 'anchor' aspect is probably where Tami is coming from. She's a very centred person herself so I guess it's worked for her. She also clearly wants to be accepting of her daughter, but if she doesn't know where else that faith and centre could come from, then I can see she'd get anxious about the drift from the church.
