Oooh yes! That's a really insightful observation. Now that I think about it, that scene does kind of give the impression that Tami perhaps felt pressured into her first time, and times after that, which makes so much sense given what she said before about her rebellious period. And I think there's an element too of her wanting Julie to have maybe the possibilities of a life that Tami didn't have, or didn't choose, given what she said to Julie before about being proud Julie didn't need a boy to pull her up. Tami is my favorite, I'm sure it shows. :D
So I think it's possible for them to give us emotional satisfaction without making everything 'perfect'. Tyra getting into any college at all, for instance, and looking forward to the future, would be a win.
Oh absolutely. And secretly I kinda do want them all to have happy endings. I want Tyra to go to college more than anything else I want on this show! Aww I'm sad how much I am slipping into thinking of this as the last season. :(
