I understand and ramble away. I think for me what sold me on it was that when he made the decision it was obviously difficult for him. He acknowledged her and all the things he had done for him. Saving his life and being a great ally. Then when he comes back he states that he has lost more than he knew. It's a tricky thing but I think it was done well.
