I do this too, but I recommend alcohol! *offers evidence of its ability to zen one out about pilot!doom* I actually have a bottle of Kirsch in my desk that's been there for a year or so, unopened. Not allowed to drink at work :P I can buy chocolate, though...

I eat ALL ice cream with a teaspoon. :D It makes it taste nicer. *nods* I do with the good stuff. Sainsburys here have just started doing a really, really nice strawberry cheesecake ice cream...
