Yay! I'm glad it made sense outside my head!:D "Rogue" and "Legacy" are two of my benchmark episodes for Jonathan. The introspection he vocalized to Clark in the jail scene and the graveyard scene, respectively, indicated to me that he's more self-aware than we usually see. I think he keeps most of his thoughts about his failings to himself, part of the 'alone-ness' of farming.
