*nods* I agree it was less successfully handled in season 2. I too felt that rushing feeling. It felt like Season 1 was so well plotted to have the right plot points unfold when they did in different people's stories, but Season 2 didn't work quite so well that way. I could definitely have happily moved to a more ensemble feeling for each ep in season 2, instead of the if-anything-less-so feeling of each ep. That probably overstates how much it bothered me though because I definitely enjoyed the overall journey. But I did have to skip ahead at one point to make sure something would be addressed! ;) Hee!

Cassie is such a crazy (literally!) character but I found there was something very emotionally 'true' about her, for all the over the top behaviour. I probably identify with her waaay too much but then I was a mental basketcase at that age too. :)
