Trust: I guess 'that' is the strength of the Clois relationship on SV (which I don't feel in other media). They have been, are and will be there for each other. The long line of hug scenes over the years are a testimony to their evolving relationship and to its consistency. Plus, Clark will never see Lois as a damsel-in-distress; she is truly an equal partner.
