I have issues with Bill. You will learn some of the reasons soon, I bet, but the ones you mention are also off putting to me. In a lot of ways, Bill is naive, and in others, he is being condescending and thinking that Sookie shouldn't be TROUBLED with the facts. *facepalm* As though her feminine fragility (wtf) will help when she is in a bad situation without knowing what is going on.

Thankfully I could not really HEAR the music, but I was snickering. OMG, I cannot believe how many grown women I have seen reading that book so avidly. It frightens me.
