My reply to most of what you said is simply, "yes, yes, YES! That is EXACTLY how I feel about BSG and how I felt about this episode." Like you, this episode was the one where I lost all faith in Ronald Moore and BSG, and you explained why more eloquently than I could ever hope to do myself.

Thank you for posting your thoughts! I was worried I might be the only one feeling this way. (Even though I'll probably continue watching till the end also, no matter how excruciating it is.)
